C：Dear teachers and my fellow students

D：敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们

合：Merry  Christmas!

C：Mr. Zhou , tonight I want to ask you a question. What is Christmas ?

B: 当然知道拉，圣诞节是为了纪念并庆祝主耶酥的降生。因为耶酥的降生给我们带来了平安和喜悦。 Yes?melissa .

A: Yes. Christmas is the day we celebrate as the birth of Jesus. it is one of the biggest event of the year(especially for kids ) and for members of the Christian religions.

But it is also an important day for all the students and teachers in Sanxin bilingual school. Do you know why ?

D: Ofcourse!因为在圣诞节前后我校正举行一年一度的校园文化四节的压轴好戏—— 英语节。

C：我们开展的演讲比赛、英语手抄报比赛、英语书法比赛等活动， 可谓异彩纷呈

B：今晚我们欢聚一堂，在圣诞节来临之际，祝福你平安、快乐、幸福。

A：Wishing you peace ,joy and happiness through Christmas and the coming year , well, let’s begin!Our Christmas Party!

   A: it’s the next program hiphop by class 4, Junior 1. Do you know hiphop? I like it very much . It makes me energetic .

   D: 当然知道了， HIPHOP 是美国黑人（嘻哈文化） （Hip – Hop） 组成部分，是一种很好的健身方式。我们也很喜欢，快让我们一起欣赏初一C4带来的街舞

D: of course.

C. Tonight we’ve got a chance to listen to it. It will be performed by three boys from Class 16, Junior 1.

（5）A： the next one is from one of the most beloved movie musicals of all-time. The sound of music is a wholesome , sentimental story. Its popularity is likely to continue as long as humanity’s need for an occasional shot in the arm of hope, happiness and harmony .

B: 这可能是影史上最受欢迎的歌舞片，有趣的故事，悦耳的歌声，活泼的孩子，温馨的人情，这些使它拿到了五座奥斯卡奖杯。

A：下面的音乐剧就出自这部影片，请欣赏初一9班给我们带来的《The sound of music>

（9）A: Twelfth Night is essentially a celebration of romantic love and can be viewed as a traditional romantic comedy, including the devices of mistaken identity , separated twins, and gender—crossing  disguise and its plot revolves around, over coming obstacles to “ true” love.

B: 《第十二夜》是莎士比亚的著名戏剧。通常是指一月六日晚上，是耶诞庆祝活动的最后一夜，要疯狂作乐必须把握住这最后的机会。

A： What you will 只要你喜欢，有什么不可以呢。 请欣赏由初二 14 班带来的舞台剧<< Twelfth Nighe>>

（10） C：peacock 在中国文化中是吉祥的象征，人们认为孔雀开屏是大吉大利的事情。

D： 但是peacock 在英语中的意义基本是否定的，它不强调孔雀美丽的一面，而强调骄傲的一面。 For example, you are a young peacock 。

C：我是一个年轻狂妄的家伙？ No . I’m not.

D: well , I’m kidding . Let’s enjoy peacock dancing .

C: 请欣赏由初一13班带来的孔雀舞。
